OPENING TIMES
- Monday to Saturday 8:30am and 5pm.
- Sundays and Public Holidays 10am to 11am and 4pm until 5pm.
- We welcome inspections weekdays, between 11 am and 2pm. No appointment is necessary. However due to kennel activities a call prior would assist us in meeting your demands and ensuring our friendly staff are free to welcome you.
- (We advise that due to insurance restrictions no children under 16 years of age or animals themselves will be allowed to attend kennel viewings). Inspections are not available during long weekends or holiday periods as we are busy attending to the needs of the pets in our care, they take absolute priority.
- We recommend if you wish to view the kennels you do so before commencement of your booking as we prefer you say goodbye to your pets at reception when dropping off, this assist your pet to settle into our facility and enables a smoother transition.
- For the peace and comfort of our guests these hours are STRICTLY adhered to.
- Our fees are calculated on a nightly rate. You will be charged for the day of admittance regardless of drop off time.
